After calling around every storage unit within a 30 mile radius of Tenino Washington, best rates around. This storage does great deals and I am glad I found this storage for my friend because this one kicked all the other storage units butts in price and size and everything else first and last, deposit. Just give the nice guy in the office a call and I'm pretty sure if you call around to all the other places you will be shocked at how high prices are for a storage but not here. Cheap prices good storage units. And yes I am recommending this to anyone that reads this if you haven't called in your at this point in the comment call now

I use to rent here and the prices were awesome,then the place sold and changed hands and also the prices went up 32.00 for my little storage space....I took my stuff out right away and don't think I will recommend it to anyone.nnAfter the response from new owner.... I removed my belongings in Dec. After giving a 45 day in advance vacate notice, they call me asking for a late payment,also regarding the reply to my post.... You are still working on improving that Gold St property, the place was under construction forever.nI hope the renters have any type of insurances when the high waters come in the spring...

I needed storage space for a shipping container, & tool trailers. Calling around locally, had about given up. Apparently no one likes shipping containers but me. Who knew?nnVernita at Gold Street fixed me up with just what I needed at a great rate. A lifesaver, highly recommend!

Great management. And I would have given 5 stars till I found out Vernita pays rent and power and pays for her storage unit, the money she gets for taking care of not only gold street but runs another storage property as well. She deals with to much b.s. doing her job you think she should be treated slot better!!!!
