Seriously the nicest people I have ever worked with. They understood my needs and helped me get into the perfect space for me. I love that I could safely store my photos etc. as it was climate controlled and nothing got mildewed. GREAT experience!

I've tried to reach the manager as the gate has stopped working yet again! Need to fix the gate!
Never in my life have I felt discriminated. Why? As I was walking to the front door she asked me to go all around and ask. The lady stood more than 10ft away(trying to be safe) as I was asking question she kept answering in a way she wanted me out quickly. But when I left the store from the same entrance. As I was walking out the same way a couple walked to the front door with a dog and the lady quickly opened the door.
Very slow customer service.nNot very understanding of other people's schedules.nI called a day ahead of time and they still weren't prepared for me.
