I initially hired them for their electricians to help out on a project at the Oakland Airport. They did a PERFECT job. So i then hired them as a sub-contractor for a very large and technical federal government project in the same area... not only was innovation's bid lower than EVERY contractor in the bay area, they were capable of doing nearly every aspect of the project (asphalt, electrical, trenching, grounding, block wall, etc)...all while coordinating with my company as well as the customer, which was extremely crucial. Andrew, the owner, made sure to show his face EVERY SINGLE day to ensure things were running smoothly.. If you're looking for the best value and quality of work in the East Bay then you should use these guys. I even had them fix mistakes my other sub-contractor had made!!!nnMy company is out of Indiana, and it was nice working with a sub who gave us the personal attention you just don't get outside of the midwest from contractors.
