I selected S and I construction out of 4 estimates I received for work to be done in my garage.nOther companies seemed vague in their estimates and took a while to get back to me.nOnce I contacted S and I, they sent out a project manager Josef on a Sunday. I was impressed they sent someone out on a Sunday. He assessed what I had requested to be done and said they could start the job right away if that is what I wanted. Josef gave me a sensible estimate including labor and materials and said the timeline would be 7 – 10 days. Other estimates were longer to do the work. Josef was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with and understood what I could afford. He even brought out the foreman who would do the work with him the next time to ensure the estimate of the cost of labor and materials would be accurate and if there were any unseen complications of the work to be done. Josef was always available if I had any questions or concerns and stopped by on several occasions to see the project. He explained different options and was committed to make sure I was fully satisfied with the work. There was some additional work needed to be done from the original estimate but it was all done within the allotted time. If I have any future projects, I will again go with S and I construction.

Josh and his great team came in after our previous contractor ran away almost halfway through... after a few weeks of vetting s&I sent josh....they came well within Our budget and stayed true to it, Josh impressed me with his knowledge and passion...they took over the permits, dealt with inspectors (bravo) the renovation was completed In the 10 weeks as promised.. they followed the drawings, made heroic efforts and repaired previous contractors leaking plumbing and offered and provided excellent work through out... the house is now being rented but all the prospects loved the layout, color scheme and would be proud and respectful of the final product... if I was a professional house flipper... I would have josh and his great team do every one!!! Every time!!! Too bad the rating only goes to 5 cuz the experience was twice as rewarding!!!

The first thing Eran did when he came to quote the job was to tell me we probably wanted something other than what we thought we wanted. He immediately pointed out how we could get what we wanted for a third the cost in a quarter the time.nnHe was totally right and his advice was invaluable.nnWe added a bathroom and closet within our existing structure.nnOscar's team was punctual, courteous and hard working. They finished two weeks ahead of schedule and on budget.nnIt looks so wonderful.nnVery happy with S&I, as have been the two friends who used and recommended them.

Joseph is fabulous. He has great design ideas and the price was very reasonable. Couldn’t be more happier with my new bathroom.

S and I construction has come to the rescue on two projects for me. This review is for the patio that the project manager Eran and his crew foreman Francisco completed.nOur backyard was a mess with cracked/broken concrete, and a behemoth of a shed that was a mold haven. Eran took time to look at our yard and formulated options for us. He had many insights that we had not thought of. He also offered ideas of how to fit the project to our budget.nnFrancisco and his crew were amazing. They were meticulous and they worked efficiently. Francisco even discovered an electrical hazard where our rain gutter was electrified by a worn service drop.nnWe have had our new patio for over one month and we are now enjoying our backyard for the first time in years.nI highly recommend Eran and Francisco, especially for projects that seem challenging.
