We had a brand new washer and dryer stolen from our unit! Somehow the cameras happened to not be working that day and triggered nothing. The lady who we worked with would not return our calls and told the police we made the whole thing up. We were building a new house and made the mistake of putting the stuff we had purchased for it in the unit. Someone had to of been watching us load all the stuff in there! It was devastating to have it stolen & no footage of it. The owner/ wife of the owner was very rude and unprofessional . You would think they would want to work with the police & us as much as possible but that was definitely not the case!
Good storage nice people
Great storage units, easy access and you can drive right up to them! Felt safe and secure with the gate and security cameras, also a bonus that you can access your unit 24/7. Would definitely recommend.
Management was discombobulated and we had items stolen out of our storage unit. We filed police report but cameras didn’t capture our storage unit. A-Z didn’t offer insurance coverage for theft or damage like many others do.
Management made a mistake on my account. I had to find all my receipts and drive 20 miles out of my way to to their office. I HAD MY RECEIPTS. I DID NOT OWE A FRICKEN PENNY! I asked for an apology from the owner/mgmt. Never got one. They also locked the gate that I could not get in. I am 74 years old and don't need this disrespectful treatment.
