Berkeley Masjid

Very peaceful Masjid did my Friday prayers.

#1: The “BERKELEY MASJID” is one of the many large & beautiful Masjid’s in Berkeley, CA. #2: PARKINGS: On REGULAR days are very easy to find in near Streets (Carefully check timings & other restrictions to avoid citations). On FRIDAYS, You’ll have to somewhat plan a bit in advance to find one if can’t no problem you’ll still find plenty of PAID parkings around the blocks.nn#3: ODU AREAS: It Has several restrooms and outside setting odu areas however the only DOWN SIDE which is why, I’m talking off 1 star is because it doesn’t have the traditional style setting toilets - Which I believe is sunnah, very convenient to use for all kind of genders (Young/Old) while cleaning up to make sure no dirty drops gets to your cloths (I personally have very hard time using these standing toilets everywhere). If Masjid administration would consider building 1/more, I will be more than happy to help with whatever I can also will inform other friends to help!!!nn#4: Alhamdulillah this Masjid has DESIGNATED PRAYING AREAS for all genders.nn#5: DIVERSITY: I’ve prayed Namaz-e-Juma here which is beyond adorable you will be able to meet very great people of all colors and edu backgrounds.nn#6: WHY LONG REVIEW: I know it’s a long review, I preferred writing details so folks can have peace of mind with all answers. And by the way it’s my first review on G-Maps :) I’ll update the review if anything new comes to my mind. Your suggestions are highly appreciated. Jazakallah-Khairn!
