Like all the other low reviews.....the heavy set lady that takes your order is soooo rude and miserable.nThe cook is nice and respectable.
Always great service and hot fresh food. I have enjoyed the Pearl House for many years. Update! Today I ordered salt and pepper chicken wings and sat and waited for my order. When it arrived, it was incorrect. The lady argued with me about what I said! Who has time to argue about a simple error?! Didn't offer to redo or refund me at all! I am very disappointed. I will give them one more chance to get it right another time. I usually don't have a problem here.
I haven't tried many dishes yet, but their fried rice and chow mein are both excellent, especially the chicken fried rice. They're also very fast, and the boba drinks are a nice bonus. The restaurant is always a bit empty, which is sad since their food is yummy and the staff are polite.
Nice environment and super affable service. The food was crisp and enchanting. Will surely recommend this restaurant to friends. Convenient prices and big portions. Great work.
