Centerville Western Stores

This place was massive and they carry so many items and varying prices that are great for everyone! The staff were absolutely wonderful!! They were there to help but not necessarily hover but seemed to just know when to come back to help! They were very personable! We've already made another trip in and definitely will be going back!

Cool items in the store but the staff isn’t friendly at all. In less than 10 minutes of being there I’m asked “are you guys looking for something in particular.... or are you just...browsing?” In the rudest way possible as if I’m shoplifting. So to the blonde lady at the desk upfront, maybe if you smiled more and were friendly to your customers you’d make sales.

Tons of cowboy hats, boots, shirts, pants and more. I was looking for a hat, and trying to buy one online was difficult. Western Stores has every conceivable cowboy hat, in many sizes. When I walked in I knew I would find one that would protect me from the noon sun, and make me look good while mow the fields. 50% practical, 50% vanity.

Friendly staff, both higher end and affordable western wear. Fun decor.

Don’t expect great expectations from The employees that work there! They need a lot more training to be in sales. Also being watched that we was going to shop lift. Will not step foot in again to this place!
