Carter's has good quality clothing in nice styles. We can't always afford their prices, but they sometimes run sales that make it manageable. Their clothing is made to last, and can be hand-me-downs a few times over.nNow that Payless is gone, Carters is my go-to for kids shoes. Their selection is limited compared to shoe stores, but every style they have is nice, so that's really a moot point.
