Great outlet store. The staff let's you handle and try any of the selections available. Great prices bundled with a very friendly staff willing to help with any questions about merchandise. They are willing to help with ordering from the main store too. This was my first time shopping in this store and I will definitely stop in and check things out more often now

I would select zero stars but it makes you select one. Store says open online but on door says closed until further notice. Afraid of covid I guess I will shop local drove 45 min one way. Thanks.

We drove s considerable distance to check out the selection and sales at this Coach Factory outlet store in Centralia.nWe were pleasantly surprised to see that there was a 70% off sale in progress. Our lucky day! Some items were 70% + 20% more off. Our very lucky day!nThere was a large selection of purses, wallets, bags and tons of other accessories like slippers, belts, coats, sweatshirts, backpacks, totes bags, umbrellas etc.nThe staff was very helpful but not pushy. We bought a nice coach purse with matching wallet. The staff wrapped it up carefully and boxed it up for us during check out. A very clean store with plenty of inventory, staff and great deals.
