I take my family to this great restaurant quite a bit! This is my favorite restaurant to grab a bite. I go to this spot regularly. The food is very tasty, the staff is courteous and the rates are affordable. I enjoy eating in this restaurant for a tasty supper.
My experience with the manager on duty Gabby was horrible. When I got to the restaurant my order wasnt ready due to them not knowing where the order was. They tried telling me my order never went through even though my account was charged. I waited over 20 minutes for them to resolve the issue, only for the manager to put all the blame on me! Saying I gave them the wrong name for the order, which was false. GABBY is a horrible manager, and she had her co-workers communicatinf with me instead of herself and didn't apologize for the inconvenience at all. Her staff handled the situation better than she did.
This location is closed down for good. However, someone will answer the number listed and fail to tell you that its closed and you need to pick up from the Bayfair location.
I go to this superb place many times because I love the good mood that is outline this restaurant. The crew is highly friendly and well trained. The service is absolutely rapid. Not to mention, the food they prepare is outstanding. I ate there often and I was never disappointed. The rate is fair. I highly suggest this place to to all.
