Always enjoyed pizza from here, but I went in the other day and the manager didn't care that a customer was standing there waiting without a mask. This wouldn't be an issue if their entire pizza making station wasn't 6 feet from where he was standing (no barrier set up to protect the employees side as well) and he was also standing within 4 feet of where all the customers pizzas are kept and probably 6 feet from the oven where the pizzas are coming out. Thankfully I didn't catch anything but just knowing how reckless they are when all their ingredients are within spitting distance of any customer is terrible. How many other customers do they let within 5 feet of their pizza stations without masks? Won't go back to this location again, this is coming from someone who spent around $300 at this particular store

Delivery guy wouldn’t give me my pizza order unless I tipped him ( which was already paid online, so I won’t have to make any contact) Literally. My son was picking up the order from the curb because it said delivered, and the delivery guy was holding it and told my son to call his dad or mom so “he can get a tip or he wouldn’t drop it off”. I requested no contact and this man wouldn’t drop it off.

I WENT INTO PAY FOR MY ONLINE ORDER IT WAS $29.60. I PAID $100.60 AND THE CASHIER SAID HE NEEDED TO GO GET CHANGE FOR MY $100 & LEFT THE STORE. HE COMES BACK HANDS ME MY CHANGE AND AS I WALK OUT AND COUNT MY CHANGE HE GAVE ME $50.40 HE OWED ME $71. WHEN I WENT BACK IN HE SAID I MUSTVE DROPPED THE $20!! I ASKED FOR MANAGER OR MANAGER NUMBER HE SAID HE CANT GIVE IT TO ME WHEN I ASKED HIM TO CHECK CAMERA TO SEE IF HE GAVE ME $71 HE SAID HE CANT!!! NEVER RETURNING AND I WAS A REGULAR THERE!!!

The pizza was good, or maybe I was just really hungry. Had 3 slices of a large, wife 2. Both of us got upset stomachs. We didn't throw up or anything, but it didn't feel right. Also, it was an online deal, but I was standing in the store, still had to go through the online thing. Really?
