The owner is definitely passionate about food. She hand crafts her meat pies with local ingredients. I came in and had a the soup of the day, which was pecan smoked chicken vegetable soup. The broth was so rich and delicious, the vegetables were perfectly cooked and the smokiness from the chicken was subtle, but really elevated the flavor. To my surprise the soup was served with a potato, cabbage and sheep’s milk cheese hand pie. Delicious!!! I will definitely be back.
Beautiful food made with the best ingredients! Thank you ud83dude0a We had a pork belly bap and a turkey bacon bap. Both were heavenly! I also bought a couple of pork pies for later.
Bought a Cornish Pasty to take home for supper. Absolutely fabulous. Definitely stopping by whenever I am in Chehalis.
