They worked with me and helped me COMPLETELY get rid of my energy bill. I got locked in at a rate that wont go up the 10% or whatever it is with PG&E every year, and once im done paying my system off, the only thing ill be getting from PG&E will be money theyre crediting to me from buying all of my unused power! Not only that, but they helped with every step towards claiming tax credits and rebates our family was eligible for, which ended up being over $10k, which was pretty much free because i got the system for no money down in the first place and didnt even have a noticeable change in my bill. Glad i decided to not go with a lease or PPA as they explained how those companies take your tax credits(but we were not told this when getting quotes from those other companies) and usually have things like rising costs and something called a balloon payment(? Not exactly sure what it is but sounds bad) but the fact that they were trying to keep my families tax credit money is all i needed to hear to know i need to own, and thats what greenwolf specializes in... Solar to own with the latest in technology and their quote was by far the best value. I usually dont write reviews but this WAS a big purchase and i felt like they were really there to help me and weren't just trying to sell to me. Not only that but their warranty gives me a peace of mind and leaves me worry free.
