I have been going to H&R for over twenty years and the service continues to get better every year. I have a regular representative that I work with (Mr. Pennington across from southland mall in Hayward CA) is highly efficient, informative and timely in addressing all my tax preparation needs. Had a very bad experience. I was charged $198 for bad service. They mess up my address and then ask me to use mail forwarding to receive my cheques. The tax advisor was a horrible person and didn't help me one bit. She was lazy and unapologetic. She didn't even get my bank info to help me with a direct deposit. I will never ever use HR block for filing my taxes.
