Best place ever! Best customer service! Was told by the dealership that the valve keepers are not available. Well Donna proved them wrong, not only did she locate them, got them fast too. Real people, real customer service, really knowledgable. Cannot find a better place for your needs. Forever a customer. Thank you for your help with my valve keepers.
My heads needed resurfacing and I told them I'd be using MLS gaskets. I paid good money too. Heads came out rough, like a record, you could literally hear zipping when you scrape your nail across the surface, which is unacceptable for MLS. They were recommended by someone and his head gasket blew on his truck and guess where he had heads done. Not using them again.
Mr Sykes is a wonderful man with much experience. As with any shop, the men, machinery and material is useless without good leadership, I believe as long as Sykes is there one should have a piece of mind when servicing their motors and machines. Don is a genius.
I am so grateful for the very nice people at Syke’s Warehouse. I was having an emergency car situation during my long road trip from NC to NJ, and they helped me out FREE OF CHARGE. I had an oil leak during my drive that needed immediate attention. In my search for the nearest auto shop, I ended up at Syke’s Warehouse by accident. The nice man who works there quickly figured out what was wrong with my car. Without them, my engine could have exploded and I could have ended up stranded and injured. The staff is knowledgeable and I strongly recommend their services.
