This seems like a bad location. They’ve become stingy as a franchise with the salsas since covid, and honestly most of their dishes leave something to be desired. Truthfully though there’s an uncomfortable vibe coming from the staff here at times and I avoid it altogether. No “welcome to moe’s!” when you walk in. Fast enough service.
I am really not the one to write reviews, so please hear me out!!!!nnI decided to go to Moes because I hadn’t eaten it in a while. I got FOOD POISONING. Literally the next day, I puked 4 times and developed a fever/hot flashes. Never eating here ever again and I would not recommend anyone eating at this location if you don’t want a stomach bug for 3+ days with no appetite . Disgusting.
The only reason people like chipotle is because they don’t have a Moe’s nearby!! I love Moe’s Southwest Grill so much more than chipotle..
Customer service is so bad at this location . They feel as thought just because the food was delivered from Uber eats they have no responsibility over the quality of the food . I ordered through Uber eats , tracked the time from the driver leaving moes to get to me which wasn’t long . By the time the food got to me , my food was cold . I didn’t reach out until Saturday . I have a bad order before with other restaurants and they easily fixed the problem . This was my first time ever eating at moes . Only reason why they got 2 stars is the portions were big enough . Customer service though is not good at all .
