I love working out at Curves. The atmosphere, staff and my comrades are wonderful. The best part is exercising, having a coach to help and answer my questions and staying healthy. I learned how to lose and maintained my weight goal. I am so happy thanks to Maxine and her staff for their patience and guidance in making me healthier.
The staff is very friendly and I love the type of training they offer to women of all ages. Maxine is always helpful and willing to demonstrate all the exercises to help you through a smooth transition from one machine to the next. Highly recommended!!!
