We have shopped at this Home Depot many times and have received consistently good service. Today my husband experienced exceptional customer service, as he had not one, but three staff members help load his car. He said the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
If you happen to encounter an associate named Paul (tall white boy with glasses and black hair), please don't go near him or talk with him. He's a creep who acts like a smart-aleck and has very poor social skills. He thinks he is high authority, but has no knowledge of store or respect for certain people. He happened to be an ex-Colonial Forge HS student who graduated in same class as me. I wished I switched over to Mountain View HS. Otherwise, I would have written a better review.
Staff was super helpful when I was trying to pick out my indoor plants! Young gentleman seemed to know so much about plants, very happy with my experience
