I had a great experience with U-Pack, both with the local offices and the national customer service. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a moving company. My moving dates changed many times, and being able to move my cube drop-off day without penalty was invaluable. I paid for the expedited shipping, and my items arrived early that day. In both locations, the drivers arrived on time and were very skilled and courteous. I'd highly recommend U-Pack!

So I needed to move from Virginia to Florida and wasn't exactly sure on the dates. I reserved for the middle of April but needed to change to end of March. The rep made it happen, I thought that was great. I then thought I wanted a Friday drop off and a Monday pick up, The weather was changing so i needed to ask for another change Thursday & Monday service. After loading on Thursday i called for a Friday pick up. All my needs were meet. I was needing extra service an they went above the contract. Thank you moving can be stressful but U-Pack was an excellent option and so happy with the out come, I'm telling all my friends.nPS price was amazing.

I planned a long distance move with U-Pack for my mother and I was thrilled with the ease of the process. We hired labor for packing and unpacking the trailer (which was worth every penny) but the flexibility of trailer space and days to load and unload was incredibly helpful. We had a tough time estimating how much space she would need since we couldn’t walk through the house with her in person. The U-Pack staff was very helpful every step of the way. Our only inconvenience was at the very end. The local terminal was short staffed on drivers during our pickup window so the trailer sat in the drive for 3-4 more days than expected (over a weekend plus 1-2 business days). Despite the annoyance of the trailer taking up space longer than expected, I would definitely recommend U-Pack to others and use them again myself.
