2/6/2021nI went out shopping for a new automobile on Saturday and came across Mega Auto. I was greeted and welcomed by a gentleman by the name of Cobra. He was very helpful and attentive . His aim was to ensure that I was pleased with the selection of vehicles and that I was able to drive off with the car that I desired (2010 Mercedes E350). I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS DEALER. Went to look at and test drive a vehicle on April 3rd. Realized once we returned that the vehicle had a rejected inspection sticker (I will be more careful about this in the future). When we asked to see the inspection record, the car had failed because of the brakes. Pulled the Carfax which showed the vehicle failed on March 16th. Any dealer with integrity would not allow a vehicle to sit past the 15 day state law limit with a failed inspection and would certainly never allow a customer to take a vehicle with bad brakes for a test drive.
Cobra was very helpful and knowledgeable during our car buying process. He made the process easy. The environment was professional and welcoming. Highly recommended!!
