GREAT EXPERIENCE! Thank you Frank, Ana and the team. As a military guy I have high expectations for the customer service I receive, the staff and the vehicle I purchase and this group did it for me. Communication was great and transparent and the overall experience was great and pretty easy. Stayed late for me until I got off shift and agreed to a great deal and fast transaction. I purchased a Cadillac Escalade from this dealership about a month ago. I absolutely love my vehicle! My overall experience with this dealership was very good.. Kobe was my salesman and he was very professional and helpful. My only issue with Kobe is that he appeared to be offended because I was taking to long reading the paperwork I was signing. He made it seem like that I didn't trust him because I wanted to thoroughly read the paperwork I was signing. I had to make it clear that it was not personal and that I just read everything that I sign. I would hope he would consider that with future clients.. Other than that I think he is a great salesman and I would recommend this dealership to others to purchase a vehicle.

Sales man Kobe needs to find another job! Not only is he inexperienced in sales but he's disrespectful and has very little knowledge about cars. He did however put up a good front like he knew what he was doing. The cars look great, the one my wife and I personally drove is awesome. Better staff equals better customer service! DO BETTER Kobe! If it wasn't for Kobe I probably would have gave a 4-5 stars review. Shout out to the fiance guy, he keeps it straight up and to the point.

I do not like car shopping. Pushy sales people and the feeling I was cheated on a deal. NOT the case here. Max(my salesperson) was AMAZING. He put me at ease. He was very honest and sis not waste my time. Very quick process. I would highly recommend you stopping by and seeing Max!

Jerome is EXCELLENT!!! He was very consistent with helping me find a vehicle and didn't stop until we found one I like. He made the process nice and easy. He's very welcoming and has the perfect attitude for the business. If you come to Caspian Auto Motors to shop for a new ride ask for JEROME for a GREAT experience!!
