My wife and I would like to send our great appreciation to staff and management of Stafford branch of Bank of American, particularly to Erika, the branch manager, and bank specialists Jonathan, Laura, and Cedric. Such a wonderful team of very nice people who care about their clients. This branch has been our first choice for the last 7 years and we felt valued, respected, and happy every time we went there. The place is well maintained and always clean. We felt the sense of team work between all the staff from the first moment we stepped in (every time) until the said good-bye. Most of the times Erika or another specialist or representative welcomes customers and directs them to the appropriate place or representative, helping them to quickly address their errands. It is always a pleasure meeting every one of them.

Horrible customer service. I called and asked specifically regarding a service, and they said it was provided. Upon arrival, the service was not available for over a year for personal banking. The manager did mention it was available for businesses. The manager made no attempt to rectify the situation. After 10 years of banking with them, I suggest taking your business elsewhere. I will be.

0 Stars !!! Stay away from any of these Banks there are no good do your research unless you have a lot of money and can pay your card off every month I would strongly advise not getting a credit card through any Bank and if you do make sure you thoroughly understand what compound interest is and make the best effort to pay your card off in full every month Today my husband made another attempt to close his accounts and was unsuccessful it seems like every time he goes in there they have a different story no one knows or is willing to explain all these extra fees his account monthly maintenance fee and then to $12 fees which their only explanation for those was there for advertising and improving the business but why did he have 2 just a couple days apart from each other no one could explain that either he paid his credit card in full before the due date end end of the billing cycle then they told him he had over a $60 payment that was due because of Interest but that interest was not included on the bill they won't explain to him why they just told him it was in his contract and there was interest on the credit card which again we paid in full before it was due so this interest should not have occurred he called the number on the back of the card They told him he has to pay it he went back into the bank to try and talk to someone else and the teller gave him an attitude and asked him if he was planning on framing the card. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place all together use at your own risk if you decide to but from our personal experience it destroyed our lives for years it seems like no matter how much money we put towards it the bill never went down even when the bill wasn't that high maybe three or four thousand dollars putting $1,000 towards the bill did not knock it down any in fact the next month the bill was almost exactly the same as the previous month and when we talk to the bank about it during that time they told us that it was because of daily compound interest and the annual percentage rate and some other things but they couldn't give us eight actual clear answer and break it down into the math. The only saving grace is that sometimes some of the employees are nice and understand what you're going through and actually feel bad for you but in the long run they can't help you

I wish I have lower then 0% ....this branch has horrible service there is absolutely no one to receive your call and even after holding for 30 minutes you’ll get lucky to talk to someone they will say...(oh I am with my client can I call you right back) and you will never receive that call ever again ..and even if you walk into the branch there is no one who cares for there customers and customer service stay away don’t make the same mistake I made ...this bank is charging so much in 0% in return

The Walmart Door Greeter At This Bank Was So Loud And Unhelpful! She Asked Me If She Could Help, Then She Went Completly Left Field With The Conversation! The Questions I Asked Her She Didnt Seem To Understand & I Felt Like I Was Talking To A Wall. It Was Such A Horrible First Impression From BOA I Dont Even Want To Bank Here!!! Are They All Like This??
