Called and spoke with two separate representatives on different days regarding removing a DMV registration block on a car registration renewal. Both times were a breeze, with short wait times and a helpful representative. Paid overdue taxes, called to remove hold and renewed registration in less than 30 minutes.

Needed info on a car assessment, quick and easy no long wait

I moved out of Virginia two years ago, and I am still receiving mail as if I'm living there. Quit, worse than my stalker.

The website is not user friendly when it comes to setting up paperless payments. I've lived in 5 different counties in Virginia now and this is by far the worst one for paying utility bills. It's nearly impossible to tell if you're going to pay the correct amount on a scheduled payment.They charge you a fee to pay them via credit card. Guess I have to go old-school and I'll pay my bill by mail.

Absolutely horrible! The system is a joke . I had never received any of the information needed to pay my property taxes . They claim it could be a mail carrier error but they are not liable due to Virginia law. If that is a law then it is pathetic excuse for a state government not caring about its people all for the dollar and on top of this garbage they charge me a 50$ fee when the property tax for the vehicle is only 70$. The office is out to take your hard earned money and not care about the people within the county no matter who you are. Complete joke!
