Stafford County Utilities Department

Water smells bad,tastes bad and the bill is too high I don't have a washing machine so why is it almost $200 a month? Need to improve on cost and taste.Water over in the shenandoah valley tastes 100 times better

Everything has to bedone via computer even though I was talking to customer service. Frustration for a 70yr

We noticed that they hiked our water bill up over ten times our normal amount. Can’t can’t/won’t provide the data of when they read our meter over the past year. They are just guess at how much they think we are using and then saying you owe them for services not provided.

It is disrespectful that Stafford County put a stop to DMV services to citizens in times of pandemic. It is lack of humanity knowing that the families' economy is not very well and collected money for fines for non-payment of property taxes

Stanford’s website is horrible- not easy to navigate at all!
