These people are incompetent. Let me give you my review via a list of failures, poor service or just plain financial stupidity:n-We filed our taxes through them and the amount we owed was MORE than Turbo taxn-I filed my taxes with a cell phone this year and it was easier, more user friendly and cost me only $54 to file; Bowling charges us $425 (about eight times more) to go sit in office with some accountant who sounded as though she hadn't studied tax laws in ten yearsn-They failed to bill us for the filing and sent a bill six months later (pure incompetence)n-We paid the bill and they charged us a LATE FEE (this is an accounting firm....and they could settle their accounts receivable....irony!!)n-The accountant's advice for us was to remove the money we have invested in IRAs and put them into money market accounts.....what!???nnOverall:n-Service: Poorn-Timeliness: Poorn-Subject expertise: Poorn-Charge: Less than poor
