I could not have asked for a smoother buying process. Starr was fantastic! He had the car ready to test drive as soon as we arrived. Had driven three hours there and the entire process was great. The price was fair and the car was exactly as I wanted. Marin was great at explaining all the gadgets on the car and very knowledgeable. I am from Northern Virginia where everything is hustle and bustle and very little personalized service. This little dealership in Roanoke is a gem.
Our salesperson Starr did a fantastic job keeping us informed of their inventory and when time to purchase came, he was very well prepared and made it go fast and easy. Roanoke BMW has great benefits they offer along with a purchase, including a free return within 3 business days and a 10 yr/100,000 mile power train warranty. Definitely check them out!
