I had an excellent experience with the purchase of my 2018 BMW 430i x-drive. James Hunt was the salesman and was very easy to work with. They gave me a loaner car when I needed it. The price was fair and they weren’t pushy about buying a bunch of extra things like an extended warranty and other type of coverage. It was a very easy transaction. The manager, Walt Frazier, is excellent. Highly recommend these guys!
These guys are amazing! I was visiting the area from Michigan and broke down not too far from this place. I had my Jeep towed there. The maintenance department wasn't opened on Saturday (Easter weekend). I was pretty upset because I didn't know what to do and really didn't want to stay until Monday to have it fixed. I was visiting with the car salesmen and they told me they thought it was just the battery. Donnie went to find tools and took my battery out. I got a ride to the parts store to get a new one. Sure enough that is what it was and I was able to make it back home to Michigan that night. They really didn't have to help me, but they did anyway, out of the kindness of their own hearts. My daughter and I think it was a blessing that we met them and they were more than willing to help us. We will never forget it. Thank you so much to the guys at Berglund, especially Donnie.
Our salesman, James Hunt was outstanding. We were searching for a specific Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in a very specific color. James helped us search and then painlessly helped us order exactly what we wanted. Just took delivery of our dream vehicle today. Best auto buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Carol is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with. She was very courteous, kind, informative and truly cared about me as the purchaser. She checked on me after the fact and still makes sure I am loving my new truck (I am!!!!!!) She gave me my dream truck and I could not be happier. I have others in my family in need of a new vehicle and she will be the one and only I will go to. I will follow her anywhere to have her great customer service!!!!
