To be honest I only stopped at this starbucks due to a flat tire after an incredibly long night shift at Carilion Hospital. However, an employee working there named Robert (working on March 27) came out to help me lift my 4runner with a terribly raggedy jack and refused to accept any kind of tip or payment in return. He was the only reason I tried this Starbucks, was superbly impressed by it, and will happily return before my future night shifts. The customer service was unmatched and beyond earned my loyalty. If this is the norm for this chain then they all genuinely deserve a raise, I was incredibly impressed all around.
Fantasticly reliable and reliably fantastic. Example: accidentally sent a drink order to the wrong store, made it for me on the spot no questions asked. Great staff and managers.
This Starbucks has killer drinks, great quality! Teas and refreshers come shaken ✅ud83dudcaf never been indoors, but drive-thru moves at a pleasingly leisure pace. Really great staff at window!
We had our drinks made twice by the same person. They had no taste. Someone dosent know what they are doing. What a waste of money
Excellent Service, Politefulness, very clean Coffee Shop. I will return again and tell all My Friends.
