Biscuits just like grandma used to make
This is an incredible example of how restaurants should be run. Excellent food at great prices as well as friendly and helpful staff. The biscuit sandwiches are deceptively huge and make a hearty breakfast. The Cowboy Crippler is exactly as it says, it can easily serve 2 and you'll definitely want a nap after. The cinnamon roll was tender and moist and another multi-meal item. The hot chicken gave that perfect break a sweat but not so spicy that it lacked flavor, juicy and tender. We will be back. Thank you for such a good experience Scratch Biscuit Company.
Really enjoyed this place and the friendly staff. The portions are great for the price and their biscuits were super delicious. I wish I took a picture of my sandwich before I scarfed it down!
Fresh, hand made biscuits, delicious chicken, bacon, brisket, and other delicious meats. Also a variety of breakfast tacos. Definitely worth dropping in and grabbing a bite. I can't wait to try everything!
Best restaurant in Roanoke. Not even a debate. The biscuits are a carefully honed art but the GRITS?! Who knew grits even existed like these? Thick, yellow, creamy with crackles of black pepper.
