I've been visiting this store for about three years now and am always reluctant about going in. This location is always dirty. They always seem to have enough people staffed but take exceptionally long to give you your order. There's always new employees that don't know what they're doing with little guidance. The food is usually cold. I only go because it's close to work but I much prefer the one on Franklin Rd. or in Vinton.

Can you believe this?!? The donuts come in Frozen, They're not even fresh! Yes they cook them at the restaurant however they don't bake them at the restaurant! I was wicked disappointed when I found this out. What a fraud they're perpetrating! If you want fresh cooked Donuts go to Krispy Kreme, the only reason they get to Stars is because the coffee is so good and I have my questions about that. Otherwise, the staff was professional and courteous.

Good and friendly service. The people working were courteous and were moving with urgency. That’s always appreciated as I need my coffee in the morning!

When I went into the restaurant, I saw one employee working the drive-thru. I heard her cut off a customer twice to announce that they were out of the items the customer wanted to order. The employee then cut off her mic and made fun of the customer to another employee. After standing at the register unnoticed for several minutes, I asked if anyone was working the front counter. The employee did not answer me; instead, she went out a side door and told another employee that he was needed inside. He put out his cigarette out and came inside. He had me wait even longer while he washed his hands and changed his gloves. He then filled my order, which was an ice tea and croissant. The tea was good, but the croissant was dry. I like Dunkin, but I won't go back to that location.
