Papa John's Pizza

I placed an order at 6:04 tonight. 1 large pizza and and order of 16 wings. Was told ot would be 15 to 25 minutes. Arrived to pick up at 6:20 knowing I might have to wait a few minutes since I was 10 minutes early. We were told it had not even been started and would be another 35 minutes of. All they said was sorry. If they were that busy they should have said that when I called the order in. Instead we had to wait in the cold car, very unacceptable. Not first time having to wait! I know this is a busy place but they really need better customer service. Will be trying new places.

Constantly make mistakes and mess up orders. Never double check to see if they’re correct which leads me to believe they probably don’t double check a lot more things. Disgusting service over the past year. Would recommend $1 frozen food lion pizza over this place.

There were 7 employees working at the store tonight and none of them were wearing masks. There is a sign on the outside of the store that says we have to wear masks. That is probably to protect us from the employees. They were no wearing gloves either. I did not feel safe here and will not be coming back. I have been coming to this location in Powhatan for years and you are losing a good customer. Would love to hear if the company wants to respond.

Pretty sure delivery drivers can't understand Google maps. 100% sure they went to building next to me then left. Afterwards app is updated saying delays so around 40 minutes later I receive pizza and it's cold like I just pulled it out of the refrigerator. The same pizza was just riding around town apparently

First let me say, I would give this location 0 stars if I could. Placed an order for delivery last night and the app said 80 minutes. After 2 hours I called the store to get an update since it still showed in the preparing stage (I can understand be understaffed or in the weeds). The employee on the phone could not care less, never offered an apology or an explanation. I told him to cancel the order and again he just blew it off. This location must be making so much money that they can totally disregard customer service.
