If I could rate 6 Stars I would! Just purchased a new VStrom today and had a fantastic experience! Was given a terrific quote over the phone, it was a better quote than I'd received from two other dealers face to face so I was just a little skeptical about what I was going to encounter when I got there today. What a pleasant surprise when I got there and found exactly the quote I was given, the bike set up and ready to roll and terrific customer service from Danny in Sales, Lance in Finance and Chris (I think) in parts! It was worth the 10 hour round trip for me to get this bike and to have that kind of experience! Thank you Ultimate Cycle!

Bought my bike here, had some warranty work done, and had tires put on here. Bought from Larry, dell with Chris in parts, and Danny in service. Have had awesome service from these guys! When there has been a snag in something, they handle it.nDanny in service is great and if you have any problems with him, your probably a karen.
