I was sold a lemon. My Kubota BX has significant hydraulic issues with only 7 hrs on it. I was also convinced to purchase a lesser model than I needed, the thing is useless. Seriously, it is without any use or purpose. The price also changed dramatically between what was verbally communicated. But that's what I get for trusting a salesman. I really truly hope they take this piece of junk back, because it looks like I will be taking a $11,000 loss on a tractor I owned for less than a month.

Very happy with Land and Coates sales and service. I bought a tractor about a year and a half ago. They helped me pick out the perfect tractor for my needs. The time for its first service came and I called them. They picked up my tractor, serviced it and returned it without incident.nI also recently purchased a few additional implements (quick connect and grading scraper) and had an issue with the scraper connecting. Called and within a few minutes I had a call back and a service technician was at my house within the hour. Made some adjustments and proved to me that their customer service is beyond awesome.

Got a recall on my Honda Generator and brought it to Land and Coates Powhatan. Service Staff was very quick to get the unit turned around. I took my time to look around at the clean and well stocked showroom.nSales staff greeted me and offered me any assistance I needed. Grabbed a couple brochures and soon headed to my car. As I was buckling up, I noticed the service tech rushing out to me before I pulled out. My Generator was fixed. Apparently it wasn't a big recall and they had just got the parts in the other day. I drove about 15 miles to get to them, passing the place I bought it from originally. They saved me time and gas on a trip back to pick it up later. They didn't get a big profit from me, but in a world where customer service is lacking left and right, these guys really made me feel like a valued customer. I will be referring all my friends and family to these guys. THANK YOU Land & Coates Powhatan, Keep up the great work.

I called to have our tractor fixed on April 17th. I was told that they would not be able to get to me until late the next week which was fine. I then received a call on April 21st. The service department person asked if they had ever serviced my tractor before which they had. He asked for the spelling of my name and subsequently found my information in his system. I asked when he thought they would be able to be able to pick up my tractor for service and he said that it would not be until the beginning of the next week. Here it is April 30th and I still have not received a call from Land and Coates. That is too bad for them because not only did they lose out on servicing my old tractor, they lost out on a sale of over $7000 because I purchased a new tractor from a dealer who was responsive, helpful and friendly. Even better, they delivered my new zero-turn about an hour after I purchased it and they took my old tractor for service. I will never again do business with Land and Coates.
