This store is so lame, the young dude working in customer service kinda has his head up his behind. I tried to return something I bought from the Farmville store, and he said I couldn't return it there, because I didn't pay for it there, so he would have to give me money back for something I didn't buy there, and his store wouldn't get credit. When I took it back to Farmville to return, the said this guy was wrong. Won't shop at this store again.

Tried to follow up on an online order. All I can say is terrible service. Waiting 30 minutes for someone to speak with to cancel order, which hasn't shipped.

Curb side delivery is the worst. First incident, no one ever picked up and had to go in. When I got in, what I ordered wasn’t there. Said I must have bought the last one and either it was misplaced or stolen.nnSecond incident, called as I pulled in and had to wait 10 minutes just to call again. Waited about another 10 minutes and finally went inside to find out my order had been cancelled. Turns out you have to pickup within 24 hours and then I was sent a cancellation email. I didn’t see it so that’s fine but let me know what’s going on rather than have me wait outside for 20 minutes and then waste time having to go in.nnTheir online pickup is just not there and unfortunately this is where we get our large breed dog food and at times it’s hit or miss if it’s in stock so online is the only way to almost guarantee it. Maybe Walmart would be a better option since they will hold our items longer than 48 hours.

Great customer service despite not having many workers in that day. I was in and out with all questions answered in 10 mins.
