The stuff we're wonderful. The only negative I have is they let the employees wear Blue Live matter jackets while working. I think that shouldn't be allowed.

Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal. They somehow forgot to add the burger patty. Ordered nuggets. Paid for them but did not receive them. Called the store and they told me they’d replace my entire order for free. Went back to order it. Once again, did not receive the nuggets. But hey! At least the burger had a patty on it! Progress! This is all after being told to wait at the speaker, just to have five cars in the other lane go ahead of me. There were no other cars there when I arrived. Every trip to McDonald’s is a new and amusing adventure to see how badly they can mess up this time. It’s genuinely amusing at this point. I wish I could say customer service made up for it... but nope.

Food was good and hot and you gotta love them fries. Service was quick they the drive thru.

Placed an online, curbside pickup, 15 minutes before getting to the location. Checked in, it wasn't busy, but waited 15 minutes to get my order. Watched 6 cars quickly go thru the drive thru.nRealized halfway home they didn't give me the drinks with our meals.nCalled, talked to manger Tammy, who was not very pleasant, that tried to tell me they hadn't had any online, curbside pickup orders today.nWell, needLess to say I now remember why I don't like the fast food experience in the Powhatan area...

I ordered my food, avery tried to give me the wrong food and then she told me to pull up to the next window to get the correct food and she forgot about me and I had to wait for over 20 minutes! And then another woman from drive through thankfully came and brought me the right food and my drink!
