One word SLOW!!
Small bank but the employees are polite and friendly. Most times very quiet in bank if you pick the right time of the day, which is early morning.
Worst bank ever!!!! Powhatan branch was rude and ugly about cashing a check. Said cause ink looked different.nSaid if I had an account there she would cash for me. Last week I had three checks cashed there and from same person and they did it just fine.
The parking is bizarre..
