Bay quarter shores is amazing!!! If you're looking for a quiet place with lots of things to do outside this is definitely the place to live. If you like dogs there are plenty of friendly dogs (always on a leash) that you will meet. The beaches are beautiful and the kids love the playground. The trails through the woods are one of my favorite places here. The community even has its own hunting area! There is a boat dock and a fishing dock that are located at the clubhouse. Its nice to live somewhere that you don't feel like you need a vacation from.
