Absolutely awful place to work. I had a supervisor actually admit to me they could care less about the employees. Only the client matters and if the clients want the employees to work 12 hours and 7 days a week for months at a time...that's what the employees are forced to do! You can't have a personal or home life while working for this company. Radial will become your home and the company does not care.
