Bought 2 new pillows as I do every spring and fall. Unfortunately when I got them home and out of the plastic bags they were in there was an overpowering smell come from both. I set them out in the sun for a few days hoping this did the trick. No such luck. So following the instructions on the tag I washed and tumble dried them. I thought this had done the trick. Until I climbed into bed that night and the aweful smell was back! I have been trying to get someone from Serta or Keeco but no one will help me. I am stuck with the stink laden pillows. Never but Serta again!!
The slowest place to get loaded. 2 starts because the lady in the office was informative and nice.
Mine didn’t turn out great, but I want to say that the guys at Keeco did all they could to get my load right. Thx Wayne & JamesnWhen you come in here stay to the left to go to Keeco
