Exceptional customer service. We drove from half an hour away to refill a propane tank for our camper. Shannon at customer service greeted us immediately and assisted us. It was very streamlined as he set us up with a tractor supply account and we were able to pay without bouncing all over the place. Thank you so much! It was worth the drive and we will be back.
Needed a panel for our dog kennel, I called to see if the panel was in stock. We could have ordered through my husbands employer but we needed immediately. A gentleman answered I asked if it was is stock and he said yes. I asked the price and he quoted $$$ I said they didn’t have it listed on line. He said they are high and most people just buy the entire kennel. Well, what he quoted me and what they charged me was almost $30 more. I argued and the manager Shannon H. told he he said about 130. He looked at me and said when you called I was on a conference call! Excuse me, but if you were on the phone and busy you should have had another staff member take the call. Well need less to say he didn’t. Honor what he quoted! 130 verse 157.99. Thank you!
Great store. I've always loved TSC. However, I went in looking for a few bags of all purpose gravel but unfortunately they didn't have any. Maybe something to think about with so many people in the area having gravel driveways.
Seems to be a good team, for a new store. I frequent the store several times weekly a great addition to the community.
