When they first opened it was my favorite place to go. Good food and great people. Not so much anymore. Poor attitudes and poor service. I've had 1 good experience out 5 now. Either they get my order wrong or items are missing. On one occassion they ignored the speaker and tried to hide inside and goof off. This evening I didn't get extra of what I paid for, I actually got less than normal. Our drink orders were wrong and the last drink I was handed was covered in soda. I asked for a napkin while showing this. They said they did not have any napkins. I hope they get better employees back and a better work ethic again. Not sure what happened :/

Every time I place an order, it's wrong. I don't get the hamburger that I had ordered. This is so sad, because everyone in my family loves going to this Wendy's.

I'm pretty easy to please and it was rough, 1 star is for short wait time and the other is for the nice young lady that took my order. On the other hand fries didn't taste too fresh, no barbecue sauce ( so I asked for ketchup, but I didn't get anything) , and only diet drinks were available.

Normally great service and food... Not so much tonight. Staff could not give me reward points for the app and could not tell me if I could add with a receipt later. Then I had to pull to the side and wait as they were inside joking around.
