The food was very good. Just the right amount of crisp on the chicken. The cook that day was Richard Hicks and I love going there when he cooks the chicken.

Quality of the food has really gone downhill. Ordered a chicken liver dinner and expressly asked it be cooked fresh. Was told they were cooked to order...well I got the most overcooked, burnt, dried up, old and refried livers that was tough as shoe leather..they are getting ready to see them again. And yes the picture shows all the livers that were served out of their drive through..
Food was fresh and hot. Staff was very friendly.
The have downgraded the chicken tenders Fill-up meal, replacing mashed potatoes and gravy with salty fries and removing the cookie altogether. The price increased from $5 to $5.50. Also they were out of sweet and sour and honey mustard dipping sauce. Raise the price if you want to but leave the mashed potatoes, which is the best thing about KFC. I can get salty greasy fries anywhere. As for the cookie, a while back it was downgraded from baked in the store to a smaller, packaged one. Now it's gone altogether. The result of all this is that one of the best buys in fast food is no longer that. Keep downgrading KFC, people will notice and you'll lose business.
