I am truly upset with the place of business. I just went and ordered my food. My order was repeated back to me more than once. And I get home and I'm missing my food. So I try calling and I keep getting the message that they are with other customers and call back later. Now I just left and I know they didn't have any customers. They never busy like that. It sucks to pay for something and not get it. And the food is not up to my standards when it comes to Long John's sliver
Decent food. Just don't ask for crispy fries or drinks with no ice. No hurry to not fix it, either.
I love Long John Silvers, accept it is ssssoooo greasy. I don't eat seafood, so I get the chicken dinner and I have to squeeze the grease out if the chicken and hush puppies with napkins. Your Mac n cheese is really good..
Disgusting!! Taste like the fish was fried in last weeks grease! Second bad experience in 2 months. Not going back
There is not a location near me so I drove 45 minutes to get here which makes it extra disappointing. The chicken was not fresh. It was cold and hard. I asked for no ice in the drinks and got ice. When they handed me the drinks I told them it was supposed to be no ice and they said they could not do that. When I asked for ketchup they acted like an unreasonable request before handing me two packs. (Ordered 4 meals) didn't even give napkins. I've had much better service here but this time was awful not sure I'll make the drive again.
