New to the area and have eaten there twice. The first time the tacos were great but the second time I was told I had to buy five and thinking how much I’d enjoyed them before, I planned to save a couple for the next day’s lunch. Unfortunately, they were not really very good. Today I saw the sign out front that said Tacos $1.50. I went in to order 3 and was told I had to buy 4 to get the deal. I explained that was not on the sign on the sidewalk so the young woman picked up a paper and said it said a minimum of 4 for the special. I left and went half a block to another restaurant to pick up my dinner. Won’t be going back to La Plazita.

I don’t care what anyone says. La Plazita has the best Mexican food I’ve had in quite some time. The owner Esmerelda served us herself. She was very kind and asked me if I could write her a positive recommendation somewhere. Here you go, Esmerelda. Happy to write this. I loved my tacos- my wife and I ate a total of 5. They are very good.... authentic Mexican food at its best. This place should be packed every night!

Food was great! It wasn't super busy, and we got a nice seat. They have a cute set up, and it smells great inside. My boyfriend ordered guacamole for our chips, and I DESPISE avocado, but decided to try it as a joke. I fell in LOVE with it! The first place Ive ever eaten guacamole that I enjoyed!!! Not too pricey, and you'll be full. Definitely recommend and definitely will return.
