So unorganized, had me waiting to get service installed sence 10:30 am, is 4:00 pm and still no one have showed up have call 3 times to see what's the hold up and all I get is technician is on his way. Wasted my whole entire day waiting... will be canceling on going to Comcast.

I'm happy with the internet service part of my plan and the guy who came out to install it was awesome. However.. I recently had them give me a phone number for our home phone line and now I'm getting calls from scam artists..

Centurylink is the only provider in my area - we have had ongoing service interruptions that are never fixed and for the past month i have had to spend at least one hour per week sometimes more to get a representative on the phone who never seems to know what is happening or how to help. The worst company i have ever dealth with stay far away if possible.

MOAI-- MOTHER OF ALL INCOMPETENCE- I made application over 3 weeks ago to have internet service installed and I gave explicited instructions to let me know when they were coming out as I have a lock on my gate entrance. They came out and laid the cable on top of the ground and I was told that another crew would come out to install the wire under the ground. After many calls of trying, they transfered me to some guy down in South Africa who could barely speak english. I would given a date of July 6, 2017 for the installation and I must be at the residence between 8:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Since I live in NC and the work is to be done in Virginia, I had to take the day off from work and drive 70 miles away. GUESS WHAT? THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED A PHONE CALL. ticked off in nc.
