Horrible experience. The owner was incredibly rude. Showed up late and can apparently assault customers. I will never go back to this u-haul neighborhood dealer! Nor will I ever use u-haul again. U-haul will let these neighborhood dealers treat their customers however they want mentally and physically and there is no fault. Clearly U-haul does not care about their customers.

The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. I only get my gas from here in town as they offer non ethanol and the customer service has kept me as a loyal customer. They also have a uhaul rental service that has been a good experience recently. Truly can not recommend them more.

DO NOT RENT. As a JMU alumni, other JMU students and graduates/transitioning alumni should stay away from this rental place. this place and OWNER are mad disrespectful to their clients time and previously planned arrangements. Gone on a “10 minute break”, the owner did not return for over a half hour and proceeded to disrespect us after we were waiting for their return, way past our planned pick up time. We were then told the store DID NOT NEED OUR REVENUE. So, if you respect yourself and your hard earned money, steer clear of this location.

Oleg (I hope I spelled that right) is the man. He was very accommodating and honesty one of the nicest guys ever. It wasn't the place I was actually supposed to return the uhaul but I'm glad this happy accident happened because he went above and beyond by accepting the uhaul when the other place wouldn't pick up my call. Go here for sure I don't care if you have to move a couch! My name is dirk sommers I just moved here from West Virginia and I will tell you right now these guys are one heck of a welcome wagon.

I left my tow hitch on a truck I rented and we had some disagreement because the hitch was not in the truck when it was returned by another customer, but after he looked closer he found it, so thank you. I really appreciate it.
