Lancaster Treasurer's Office

This is one easiest treasurer's office I've ever dealt with. They are quick to answer the phone and pleasant to speak with. You can tell you're calling a small town with kind people.

I have resided in several States and Counties, I have never encountered such unhelpful antiquated administration as Lancaster Treasures Office. Terrible Customer Service, mailed documentation that did not get recorded, transferred several times on the phone to get the correct answers and received different answers depending on who I spoke to. Only one person was polite and helpful. For an office this size, everyone there should know how to answer questions properly with a smile and a thank you. Very Disappointed.
