Hiring David to represent me in my reckless driving case was the best decidion I could’ve made. He got the charge reduced immediately to a much lesser traffic violation that does not consist of a misdemeanor or any of the negative that go along with reckless driving. So someone close to me has a court-appointed lawyer from this firm I have reached out to them several times telling them to contact at client and as of yet we are still waiting to hear from said lawyer and this is been since the first week of October

David Parker represented me for a traffic violation case in 2010. We were in the process of driving from New York to Texas to begin a new chapter in our lives. While driving through Virginia we got caught in a pack of highly aggressive, speeding drivers. Seeing an opportunity to escape the pack, we did so...and despite the roaring speed that others were ripping around us, it was my wife and I who were pulled over. While I blame the New York plates we had on our car, I was hit with a Reckless Driving charge.nnNot anticipating just how serious of a charge this was, I plead guilty, assuming that I would only have to pay a moderate speeding fine as it was 15mph over the posted limit, which is typically the case in New York. Thanks to David's communication in this matter when my name turned up on the upcoming case hearings, I learned that not only is this is an extremely serious charge, but that the Virginia traffic laws are some of the harshest in the United States, and that I would be facing up to a year of jail time.
