Barry at Green Solutions Carpet and Upholstery provided us excellent same-day carpet cleaning services in Harrisonburg. We found Green Solutions on google and called Barry because we were not satisfied with the work of another local cleaner. We were worried that the carpet could not be restored, but Barry was familiar with a variety of cleaning methods, offered great rates, and knew how to promptly correct our carpets. Barry came out with updated equipment and worked quickly, going above and beyond to remove stains as he cleaned. He was both personable and professional and adhered to COVID guidance. When you buy a home you also buy someone else’s germs. I reached out to Green Solutions and got a call back within an hour. I was scheduled and serviced in less than a week. Barry is a delight. Kevin came to do the actual cleaning. He reached out before arriving, was on time, and got the job done. He was communicative as he moved through the house and even offered some tips and tricks. I will absolutely be using Green Solutions again. They are AWESOME!!!!
